How much does it pay?

According to Glassdoor, the average Customer Service Agent is estimated to earn approximately $15 per hour. The ones that I read about only paid around $10 to $14 per hour, so the pay really depends on the program. Also, keep in mind that most programs specify how your pay is calculated. Some programs do not pay for idle time, and only pay for time actually working with a client. So, keep that in mind when calculating how much you need to earn.

They recommend at least 30 GB of available hard drive space, 8 GB of RAM, and Windows 11. You cannot use versions of Windows that are under an Educational license. You cannot use Netbooks, Chromebooks, tablets, and other mobile devices. Oh, macOS is not supported either

They even recommend these specific models: Plantronics Blackwire 3320, Logitech USB H570e, and the Jabra UC VOICE.
